You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of what you paid, for any reason. There are no conditions and no fees: if you ask within 30 days, you get your money back. This applies to both the personal and the commercial licence.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@bvr2mp4.com from the address you bought with, or
- Reply to your Paddle purchase receipt, or use the "Manage / refund" link in it.
Just include your order or receipt number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within a few business days.
